The Division of Business, Management and Administration offer wide-ranging and relevant National Qualification (NQs) programmes in Administration, Accounting and Business. These are relevant to those who have just left school or are looking to return to education after a break away or, with our programme of Modern Apprenticeships (MA) and Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ), to those who are currently in employment but are seeking to progress.

These courses can lead to entry in to the Division’s advanced provision of Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Diplomas (HND) in Administration & Information Technology, Business, and Accounting and ultimately through to studying for a degree in Business & Management. The strong links developed with local business provide excellent opportunities for work experience and on some of the courses this is a valuable and essential ingredient.

In addition all divisional students are allocated a Student Advisor and with in the Division there is a support network to assist in study skills, assessment production, career advice and job search skills.
